Scout night plan 31st July

Forwarding a message from our master of ceremonies/chaos Emil. 
 
Nice planning Emil! It's got everything: dreams drama, a sense of foreboding, just what we expect...
 
For the TL;DNR please
 
We will meet at the IKEA entrance of Vic gardens at 7pm NOT at the hall. 
 
Pick up will be from the HALL at 9pm (unless we all get lost in IKEA).
 
A good time will be had, we will not bring shame upon our unit. 
 
Oh and please remember to Wear Your Uniform. It'll help them find you in Smàland and remind you that shame shall not be brought...

Here's the plan for scouts this week. We will meet at the Ikea entrance of Victoria Gardens where we will give a quick briefing and hand out the scavenger hunt lists. I will then send out everyone all around Victoria Gardens in patrols. We will then meet back at the entrance of Ikea at 8:15 then we will all tram back to the scout hall as a pack and the scouts will be picked up from there.
 
 
Scouts will need (sorry Emil, I might have tweaked this a bit)
- A myki with credit 
- around 10 dollars for the activities and probably to buy a salad bowl from Kale and Hearty or similar delicious nutritious healthy eating venue
- A drink bottle
- A jacket as Ms BOM says it's gonna be chilly tomorrow night
- A writing implement (pen, quill or teeny little pencil. No wax tablets please)
- And PLs will need to bring phones to take photos
 
Scout will not need a teeny little allen key...

End of term reminders

Hello to Scout families.     Last night was the last meeting for term 1.    Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Easter, it's been a very short but hectic term.   Reminders to all to please pay for Stradbroke Cup and yearly Scout fees if you haven't already.     Lots of compliments to all our Scouts (last night) as they put their phones aside for the night and didn't use them at all!    We have had a few scouts asking about replacement scarves for various reasons, please have your scout look around to find it.  We are deciding on the best way to do this, so stay tuned!      Next term we will most likely have a camp staying in tents to practice for camping as scout in preparation for Australian Jamboree. Term One Scout Planner, AJ2025 and Feb camp

Well hallo Units and their PAs,   I know you were just lamenting to all your friends how dull and boring your fridge looked without this term's handy-dandy term planner on it... Well fear no more, that dull shopping list with cat food and toilet roll but no maxi-pack of Magnums can now be easily obscured with all the cool-beans fun your good ole unit council and leaders have cooked up for you. Your planner is attached for your fridging pleasure.   But all this comes at a cost you know, no - not monetary, well not yet anyway, we need ACTION!
