Scout night plan 31st July

Forwarding a message from our master of ceremonies/chaos Emil. 
 
Nice planning Emil! It's got everything: dreams drama, a sense of foreboding, just what we expect...
 
For the TL;DNR please
 
We will meet at the IKEA entrance of Vic gardens at 7pm NOT at the hall. 
 
Pick up will be from the HALL at 9pm (unless we all get lost in IKEA).
 
A good time will be had, we will not bring shame upon our unit. 
 
Oh and please remember to Wear Your Uniform. It'll help them find you in Smàland and remind you that shame shall not be brought...

Here's the plan for scouts this week. We will meet at the Ikea entrance of Victoria Gardens where we will give a quick briefing and hand out the scavenger hunt lists. I will then send out everyone all around Victoria Gardens in patrols. We will then meet back at the entrance of Ikea at 8:15 then we will all tram back to the scout hall as a pack and the scouts will be picked up from there.
 
 
Scouts will need (sorry Emil, I might have tweaked this a bit)
- A myki with credit 
- around 10 dollars for the activities and probably to buy a salad bowl from Kale and Hearty or similar delicious nutritious healthy eating venue
- A drink bottle
- A jacket as Ms BOM says it's gonna be chilly tomorrow night
- A writing implement (pen, quill or teeny little pencil. No wax tablets please)
- And PLs will need to bring phones to take photos
 
Scout will not need a teeny little allen key...

Scouts 1st June

Hello again units of a Scout like shape, This Thursday, in what is a little deviation from the plan, we'll be visited by the Rover Recycling crew. And before you think "Dumpster diving?! Finally that's something I can get into" we'll be looking at the whole chain, including making some of our own cool things from those things that you toss out. Our plan also had a sleepover in the hall pencilled in for this Saturday night but, with a bunch of our units on camp for world jamboree and the open day of the Kew Recycling Group (no connection) on the Saturday (See Simone's email - please come along and help) we'll need to shift it - let's get together and decide when suits us all best tomorrow. We've also got some Scouting business to do, including investing our very own Olivia after she's survived (cue thunder and lightning) "Trial by Sprouthike", which we should seriously consider introducing as a standing thing! and, erm, catching up on ...
