Scouting Fun "May the 9th Be With You"

Tonight's session will be star wars themed. We will meet at the scout hall and then walk to hays paddock to commence the games
 
Equipment that the scouts would need are:
 
A headtorch
A drink bottle
A small bag to house said drink bottle maybe.
A toy lightsaber or pool noodle for padawan slaying ( i will warn people to be careful don't worry)

Its dark and chilly at nights these days so please, again, try and bring a head torch so your phone doesn't get eaten ("But it's a torch" won't cut it when you're using your Snapcat screen to light your way)

End of term reminders

Hello to Scout families.     Last night was the last meeting for term 1.    Wishing everyone a safe and Happy Easter, it's been a very short but hectic term.   Reminders to all to please pay for Stradbroke Cup and yearly Scout fees if you haven't already.     Lots of compliments to all our Scouts (last night) as they put their phones aside for the night and didn't use them at all!    We have had a few scouts asking about replacement scarves for various reasons, please have your scout look around to find it.  We are deciding on the best way to do this, so stay tuned!      Next term we will most likely have a camp staying in tents to practice for camping as scout in preparation for Australian Jamboree. Scout night plan 31st July

Forwarding a message from our master of ceremonies/chaos Emil.    Nice planning Emil! It's got everything: dreams drama, a sense of foreboding, just what we expect...   For the TL;DNR please   We will meet at the IKEA entrance of Vic gardens at 7pm NOT at the hall.    Pick up will be from the HALL at 9pm (unless we all get lost in IKEA).   A good time will be had, we will not bring shame upon our unit.    Oh and please remember to Wear Your Uniform.
